Erik McCauley

Erik W. McCauley joined Melone Hatley as a Managing Attorney. Erik possesses years of experience with representing clients in complex and challenging family law and estate cases and understands how to address the unique needs of our clients. Having worked for firms both large and small, Erik knows how to counsel clients through the entire case process, whether before litigation, after the case has been filed, or through negotiation and mediation.

A native of San Francisco, California, Erik and his family have lived in the Tidewater area of Virginia since 2010. He has conducted cases in many different jurisdictions throughout all of Virginia. In his free time, Erik enjoys both woodworking and training with his dogs.
